If you pay flat fee, the driver will absorb the toll cost for you, if you pay by meter you need to pay the additional toll. Either way is about the same

I haven't tried the trains. but the cabs are really cheap. make sure they have the meter on and charge by meter before you get onto the cab! cause they'll charge you more. though ive to warn you that the cabs are rather reckless..
