leenzie is the gal whom I saw beside ping the other day @ Cineleisure izzit?

Advocator, my orthodontist is Dr. Wong located @ Clementi Q&M. He charged me $4K for my treatment; I think Q&M's price range for braces is S$3500 - S$5000.

& yes, you need to get someone whom you trust & feel comfy with. I've read cases (in other forums) about patients not too comfy with their orthodontists and hence do not feel at ease throu'out the session. We're paying so much, so of coz need to feel comfy with the orthodontist, don't we?

Good Luck!!!

Well... thank you all for your advice.

I'll definite go scout around and find myself a good/reliable/friendly dentist that I can trust.

I'll start with Q&M at Clementi... ;)

oh yah... and I'll update you guys/gal if veneers do have a lifetime warranty... hehehe

Oh yes, do you stay near Clementi? It's also better to find one that is near you or convenient for you to travel to...

I chose Dr. Wong coz he was from Sun Plaza (I stayed @ Sembawang) & I followed him to Clementi coz it's near my workplace in Jurong.

i work for the airlines.. so i can only wear those hidden braces.. mine is fixed behind.. the braces are made in germany and sent to singapore.. i go to Dr Yong at Mount E.. she's very gentle and professional.. its called the Dentist Specialist Group.. at Level 8.. they charged me around $10K.. after discount.. i pay on a monthly basis.. i pull out 8 teeth - which includes my 4 wisdom tooth.. pull out by another specialist.. so they each have different specialist there.. 1 pull my teeth 1 put me to sleep 1 put braces for me.. very good.. i like it.. very professional and painless..

But wait gaps! i think demi lovato had her gaps covered in just one day, u think thats veneers?? im not too sure.

if your teeth can be fixed by braces, it's better to do braces. Sure it's not instant, but for veneers your dentist needs to shave off some of your tooth to put on the veneer film. Also a veneer does not last your whole life, its lifespan averages 10 years.
