how about L'oreal's cleansing milk. it's makeup remover in milk form. think a lot people use that too.
that's definitely below $20
if your complexion is sensitive, i would suggest using makeup remover in water form. its better. cos it's not oily. I'm using Bioskin, $66 for 250ml. Am still looking for cheaper alternative though. i find it expensive. but it's good.
Just use cotton pads and wipe away the makeup until the cotton pad is clear. Then wash with cleanser.
strongly recommended to use a makeup remover if you wear makeup cos cleansers don't do a thorough job.

Do use a make up remover for the concealer.
For myself, I use a concealer for my my dark circles, so I will use an eye make up remover.
Concealer is just like make up, u need to have a make up remover in order to cleanse properly.
After the make up remover, use your cleanser. A more thorough job.

which one will do a better job? the water based kind of makeup remover, the oil type or the apply and wipe off type. Coze i always put on very heavy makeup and felt that makeup remover doesn't always washes all my makeup in one wash.
