in Singapore context..to-date, i've only read in the paper once on a lady molesting guy incident which is a once in a blue moon case..other than that..it's all guys molesting ladies at different places..

i met perverts quite often last time..
its abit traumatizing..
they say..when u meet flasher..u shld comment something like "soo small still wan to flash" to hit their ego..LOL

well, just add on to what ssey_angel said earlier..
don't attempt to run away, it sends a clear signal that you're in fear, which sparks interest and is exactly what the flasher expects for response from his "victim".
Instead of running, comment on his small size + tell the flasher to wait a minute, strike a post for you to take photographs in.
So now you have a evidence to submit to the police to help get rid of a criminal.
Plus let the flasher know you can assist him, by calling your friends over to view it via calling the flasher to hide in a corner, which helps him in his desire to show off in a surprise to your 'friends'..but instead of calling your friends, call police and act friendly to tell them the exact location of your whereabouts to catch the flasher red-handed.
Such methods are applicable only to individuals who dare to do so la, or at least ladies who know how to protect themselves (skilled in martial arts etc)..
PS: Not recommended for ladies who can't defend/protect themselves.
