I would like to share my bad experience with this maid agency so that any of you can avoid this agency.
This agency is located at Jurong West(Gek Poh shopping mall). It is known as Pe***c*Team.
We are served by a malay lady who tell lies, she can tell different story to me and my dad. She can give empty promises to us that maid can be pick up on a specific date but yet on the very day she can away for OFF without informing us. The worst part is we were told by her colleague that maid cannot be pickup on the day she promised. Furthermore, I was the one who called to confirm the picking of the maid. If I did not make the call that means I will be making a waste trip.
This lady love to said she will call to update status the next day which in fact the next day is her OFF day. This happened twice.
She is also not proactive. She can sit on our application when we realised our form was lost in MOM. She did not push MOM to expediate the request. And we have to called MOM to get the application approve. During the entire process, it took us more than a month to wait for the maid. And till now, we are still unable to confirm whether are we able to pick up the maid.
The other of the staff also not professional. He is a middle age man who once pointed at my sister and said " I don't want to talk to you" .
There are a lot more detail to share. Whoever read this forum pls share with your frenids ore relatives who are looking for a maid. This is a lousy agency.
