You should be able to see improvement even after 1 session.
I had IPL done on my upper lips and legs and its very good. 6 sessions is the bare minimum for reducing most of the hairs.
6K is really alot. Stop if there are no improvement.
Bascially, after 1 session, you can see the hairs have become finer and less coarse. Lesser hairs too...

I too have a lot of facial hair . But I can't spend a lot of money for laser treatments. Is there any other temporary solution for this problem.. I dont want to wax, shave / bleach my hair..i have already tried all those stuff..they are really painful[:o(]

I had my IPL at my armpit... after 1 session, the growth is very very slow... I used to shave almost everyday... Now, after 1 session of IPL, maybe once a week.
I will be starting IPL at the bikini area... anyone knows that it is harmful for woman who are planning to get pregnant?

I work in the beauty line for many years... having a good IPL machine and, the knowledge of the therapist are very important. The therapist though maybe trained to do the procedure, she also have to understand what she is doing. They need to understand the diff freq of light the pulse width and the pulse duration....the colour of the skin etc, else good results cannot be yield.

Hi,
I have ipl for armpit and bikini. The more i shave my armpit, the darker it becomes. The place i go to does both waxing and ipl but i later chose ipl as i cant stand the pain of waxing.
I am into my 2nd session. it does lighten up a bit but was told that i will show much better after the 6th to 7th session.
i am getting my brother to do the armpit too, too much hair..so now need to drag him there.
