I would have to say that no ALL plastic surgery is for the sake of beauty. Some are for well-being purposes eg. people with underbites may face speech/eating difficulties, correcting the jaw will help solve these problems. =)

actually i think if plastic surgery can make someone look better and confident, why not? Putting braces is actually a type of surgery too...!

I would say people do plastic surgery in order to increase their own self-esteem and self-confidence. It may not be a bad thing if they find confidence through it and makes their life happier :)

plastic surgery is not reccomanded man ! Yes , i does make you look prettier ,but for what ? Unless you are way tooooo ugly

A person can feel unhappy with life with the lack of confident.. So if plastic surgery can make one feel confident and happy then why not. Just as long as one don't get addicted and overdo it..
I have heard that having braces is also consider plastic surgery. But am not sure if it really is the case. (:

Bear in mind plastic surgery comes with risk like any other surgeries.. It is never 'no risk' no matter how small a surgery is.. Complications can arise if u are suay or if ur doctor is not skilled enough.. So please consider wisely before getting one!
