Maybe it did use a waterproof formula to prevent any more smudging of mascara.

I prefer fake lashes.
As it's easy apply and remove.
As for mascara, you have to use the makeup remover oil for waterproof one.
Sometimes if you are careless, the oil will go into your eyes if you use the wrong strength to remove.

I still have yet to master the art of putting on fake eyelashes. Any crash course into doing so?

use lengthening mascara! it might not be as dramatic as fake eyelashes, but it would look much more natural when apply properly! and the best thing is, u dont have to worry abt the stickiness of the glue used for fake eyelashes..
I can never fail. Unless I stop trying...

How do u prevent the mascara from being lumpy? As in when applied, the mascara might be applied on the lash unevenly, such as the middle of the lash having a "blot" of mascara instead of being even out.

Prefer using fake lashes, as mascara will actually stained your lower eyelids if you don't remove them clean.
