When doing ILP, it's feels like rubber band hitting on you. Pain level is not very high. It's bearable.
There is a higher probablity that you may have ingrown hair if you pluck.

Is there such a thing as ineffective IPL? I am going for IPL, 3rd of 8th session but hair still growing though slowly. But then, I used to shave everyday, so not really certain whether hair growth is slower.

Solve the problem permanently by going for IPL. Now there's the more advanced one known as KPL. Anybody tried?

I heard from the place that I am doing my IPL with that such places actually require you to go for many sessions in order to have permanent results as the machines that they use are very old.
