u know any other cheap stores do china brands work as good?? if u apply a base coat will dey still stain ur nails??

Hmm.. yeah, those polishes that are of low quality may stain your nails even if you put base coat.. ):

I think skin food has a few outlets in shopping malls but i cant rmb which one exactly..

Tampines 1, Bugis Junction, Ang Mo Kio and Far East are some of the outlets that I know of :)
