Are there special topcoats that are meant to be used for nail arts? I've tried using Seche Vite topcoat, which has very good reviews, but apprarently it has a frosted/matt effect after drying up. In the end, it ruins my nail arts.

Hmm.. I haven't come across any yet. Usually I just use the normal kind, which can double as a base and top coat..
I'll let you know if I find out any. (:
If only I had you..

Thanks juliet!

Anyone knows why the topcoat becomes matte/frosted after applying on nails with nail art? I've tried the topcoat on plain nails, it doesn't have that effect.
