OK, now we all know that our breasts are mostly made up of fats. and when we go on a diet, we are aiming to lose fats. So, in exchange of a lighter weight, does it mean we have to have smaller breasts too?

Are there any ways to lose stubborn unwanted body fats through exercising without losing our breasts? Please share!:)

Well Im not really sure about that but I do know that if you put your palms together and give them a good squeeze it works your chest muscles an makes ur boobies firm!! So even if u have small boobs they mite look bigger due to their firmness!!

Yup if u slim down ur cup size will also reduce.. Must be proportional to ur body right haha.. Certain exercises do lift up ur boobs to make it seem bigger, but of cos its easily achieved with push up bra..

TS: i suppose the exercise you seek is those fat-muscles toning type.
(fat muscles conversion)

just focus on stamina/endurance training categories and i'm sure you will gradually find yourself with a leaner stomach, better curves.

this is one and commonly used method which promotes exercising without losing weight or changing your diet..(maybe in some individuals, mild changes are necessary to boost muscle repair and maintenance)

To deter the drop in cup size, ladies who seek a shapely/curvy figure should not attempt to go on diet..as breast are made up of fats, which is a necessity for body in proper condition.

Going in diet = reducing energy externally promotes body to source for fats thus cup size drops with time.

the 3 types of exercise required are hand/arm, stomach, and leg exercise done collectively.

well, it's not actually about the quantity and intensity of the exercise..

like i said earlier..it's about stamina, endurance exercise..

the key is quality, not quantity.

when the motion is slow, body uses more energy defy gravity, that's when muscles are gradually strengthen over time.

plus it will not form bulky little rat muscle shape which is important for ladies to remain feminine

i remember saying about exercising in 1 or 2 threads previously about such stuffs..but can't recall where already..

it's the same set of exercise (that i use for physiotherapy to train my knee and spine) just that add and minus a bit of mild modification to suit personal needs

let me try find the posts to avoid repeating the same contents >> it will take a while
