AAAhh but chinese new year wasn't helpful for my over-eating problem. I think if I go on a water diet it might help.

hahaa...i think if u wan to go on diet..just try to go on low carbo, fats and sugar diet especially at night..

only water i guess... its not good. u must eat everythign to be healthy but must also expend the energy taken in by exercising. btw build muscles. muslces help to burn more energy even if u are stationary.

Yes i m also suffering this problem i felt that its normal but now i will start doing abs exercise.

they said that sit ups don't give u abs they only make ur stomach muscles stronger...

sit up doesn't give abs, but it leads to abs being formed in the process over a period of time isn't it?

sit up as a form of exercise, which requires body to burn calories.

when muscles ache, it is a sign that the part of a body is weak, so body than know which part to focus on in repairing.

so when we eat, all the nutrients absorbed, are than diverted to repair the weak areas highlighted during exercise and muscles ache..

during repair, it also strengthens it, thus making it stronger with time.

as it becomes stronger, it forms the 6/8 abs, wouldn't it be correct to form abs as a result?

ya!! gawd i hate cardio!! jogging is d best way but i heard that swimming counts as cardio too! is taht true?
