Okay, listen up! You want a flat belly, don~{!/~}t you? I am sure that these different ways will help you lose that extra weight you have been complaining for a while ago now. I have no magical tricks to make the belly fat disappear but some different ways that will help you be a healthier person and I am sure you will feel happier with yourself and with the results of hard work; YES you heard well!! HARD WORK! It is very easy to gain belly fat but it is very hard to lose it so my first advice is:
1- Be careful with what you eat: To most of people food goes to belly so the healthiest you eat the better for you. Chips, sodas, cookies, chocolates: what are they? FAT to your belly so avoid taking them. Be healthy and have snacks between meals. It will definitely help you avoid eating extra food. Take water instead of any kind of sugar or sodas and include vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. It is very important to do so since there will be more nutrients for your body and much less to convert to fat.
2- Exercise: weight lifting is so helpful to decrease the body fat, and it is important for the belly fat as well. Try to lift weight at least 2 or 3 times a day and also do some cardio exercises that will help you burn fat easier. Exercise is important since want it or not your organism will always store fat in your body.

hmm..but lifting weights will gain muscles. n if done wrongly, u must get urself built up..

Ya, I agree with you, ssey_angel. I think swimming and sit-ups work on me. Always tuck in your belly during walking. It will tone up somehow.

for weight training i always google *whatever exercise you looking for like bicep curl* FOR WOMEN or TONE UP BICEPS so that u get more shape oriented exercises rather than bulk oriented exercises

They are also known as low carb foods.This is because they convert to glucose more slowly and this allows the body to process the glucose more efficiently. In other words, your body metabolism have to work harder to get the energy it needs and this helps you to burn more calories than you consume.

Lols obviously lots of wrong info jus wanna advertise. If u wanna do weight lifting u must check online for the ones without bulking up. But a lil bit of definition looks attractive plus muscles help u to burn fat. Also eat a heavy breakfast as many studies have shown that u will tend to eat more if u dun have breakfast.

hello ladies,
well the only way to lose weight is by losing fats, now fats is something that cannot be lost so easily. thus you carry weights to transform the fats into muscles.
you will not become bigger, instead you will become leaner and more toned. at the same time, have 6 small meals a day. if this is not possible, try 3 bigger meals, 2 or 3 snack meals (soya bean or fruits will work)

i don't think those fat burning gel or cream in the market really help. If not the trainers at the gym won't get to earn.
hit the gym and work on core muscles. i agree with sit-ups. try to sit up straight when working in office.
eat more but smaller meals.
