hello ppl, recently i've looking at the mirror and i cant stand the fats on my face, it is changing the shape of my face and when i smile, i just looked awful. i've read that carrots are gd for shaping face. what are the other ways to lose the fats on the face? suggestions pls:)

facial fats are considered to be one of the most difficult places to lose naturally.
you might want to consider buying rollers meant for facial exercise..or search up facial exercise routines to work your facial muscles.
my fren who's a model last time told me that using rollers did help slightly in reducing the fats on her face.

we all know that junk food is not good for health.it is too oliy and salty and salty food is not good for health.so eat fresh food and everyday do exercise for half an hour to remain fit and fine.do exercise like yoga.it can help you to lose fat and for help you to gain weight fast.so do it now.

i've used in the past for face tightening besides diet and exercise,was actually chewing gum..yup chewing gum. It worked very well.

I bought a mini machine for slimming face. Just use massaging pack and the machine to massage face. Within 10min can see effect.

I did not measurement but I took photo of it. It is very obvious. Especially my friend who has a very chubby face, her slimming super duper obvious. Too bad, it is not very good to show her or mine photo here. hahaha...
