recurring headaches

Hi,

I keep having recurring headaches, i'm suspecting work related stress might have a part in it.

Thinking of taking up yoga for headaches. Heard that the Pranayama (breathing techniques) they teach is very helpful.

Anyone wants to join me?

does yoga really help headaches? me is i feel tired everyday..hahaha

not sure if yoga helps in headaches but definitely increases your body's flexibility. you can free your mind and cool yourself down. this is very impt for us living in a highly stressed environment

would love to try yoga one day.

yeap.. should stretch more and increase body's flexibility.. i used to be more flexible.. now quite stiff!

take herbal nutritions in your diet or stir herbal medicines in one glass of water and drink it to heal headache.
