I recently started to have a bit of constipation. Anyone have good home remedies to share?

Take more fruits (e.g. prunes, banana and papaya. It works on me). and vegetables. Massage your tummy. Drink more water. You should exercise too!

the main reason is body not having sufficient fluid, thus your waste harden, resulting in having difficulty moving the bowels as it is drying up..

so long term free solution..drink more water.. take food that promotes bowel movement and digestion.

eat bananas for the fibre :)
and drink water. water helps in a lot of things. haha

take banana and do some self body fitness exercises. Definitely you will get good result for constipation.
