Hello Everyone !!!
At present online shopping is very much in demand . I just wanted to know how much safe is online shopping ? What are the drawbacks and what are the advantages ??

online shopping is safe! (provided you get from reliable brands with online presence, famous reliable blogshops, power sellers..)
Advantages:
Convenient. Shop for things as and when you wish to. All at the click of a mouse!
Fashionable. Can update yourself on what's the in thing with the clothes they sell.
Cheap(er). Sometimes you can get certain things cheaper online. online blogshops generally sell quality stuff at an affordable price too. Outside more ex..
Able to get things even cheaper if the seller is a 2nd hand seller who bought the brand new item and wants to resell it. they would usually lower the price.
Able to purchase overseas brands and items. It makes your item more unique and rare in sg.
Exciting. The thrill and anticipation of having an item arrive in your mailbox (and hoping it will be exacty like what u tot).
Drawbacks:
What you see on the site may not be what you get in real life. There may be some minor discrepancies in design, colour, measurement.
Have to estimate if the item (ie. clothes) fit u well or not, as the pics usually look nice when worn on the model.
If item turns out to be not what u want, then it's quite disappointing and wasted. (ie. have to judge for urself)
Have to beware of scam sellers who do not really have the item actually. Or dishonest sellers who hides certain details from u (like a small hole in an unobvious part). (more for 2nd hand sellers)
OH, and beware of youself from overspending online and buying unnecessary things!! very impt!

hmm i also think online shopping is safe these days..i have a friend who shops for her clothes online and most of the clothes fit her nicely and she doesnt have to step out of her house to look fashionable,esp those blogshop clothes haha. so far, i have also bought quite alot of items online and all were recieved safely, some were late though but i dont really mind as long as they arrive eventually..

I think online shopping is definately safe, although i mainly stick to websites which i know i can trust, so maybe be a bit cautious if you are shopping on a random website. I also find it easier to shop online as i am pretty much the same size whatever shop i go to, which really helps!

I think online shopping is a lot safer than it used to be, although you might still have to be a little bit careful!

I hate crowded shopping centers and having tired feet so online shopping is really the perfect solution for me : ). My only issues is the shipping, it always feels insecure when I get a delayed package.

if we are talking about Singapore... it is one of the safest places on Earth... I wonder why shouldn't be online shopping safe?!

Although the goods may be a little bit late, but the online shopping is absolutely safe.

Online shopping is such a great fun. Nowadays people prefer to do shopping online instead in malls.
As of now i have not face any kind of problem while this process.
