Has anyone have a good brand to suggest? Preferably something that you have tried before. A friend suggested Phen375, anyone know about this?

what kind of slimming pill does this phen375 falls under?
carbohydrate blocker?
appetite suppressor?
fat blocker?
or others?
do you know what type of body you have and the suitable methods based on your body type and habits before you pop the slimming pill?
it's not a one-size fits all thing when it comes to slimming.

I'm not sure what body type I am either. Erm, large boned and fleshy type haha. From what I read, its a appetite suppressor and the usual metabolism increasing +++ (not sure of the details) type but I'm posting to see if anyone has first hand experience of it before I buy some to try or if there are any better ones around.
Have you tried any? If so do you have a good one to recommend?

perhaps the figures to your height and weight will provide a better idea of your bmi so to understand your body's current condition.
by the way, do you have any reason to slim down? if yes, kindly elaborate, as there's many ladies who wants to slim down to a unrealistic and unhealthy weight putting their health and life at risk for the seek of disillusioned beauty thanks to wrong media influence.

Don't bother about searching the positive effects of any slimming pills, they all have more side effects that out-weights the benefits in the long-term.
The only slimming pill that people wants a slim figure need is the pill of Discipline to eat in moderation, even the Miss Universe Japan candidate said that in Urban.

Sometimes we are just tempted to take some slimming pills, hack the negative effects to get some fast results. Why can't we be like those who can eat and never seem to put on a single gram?
