october, you need to tell you neighbour nicely probably to start with " you have a very cute dog, and is a very good guard dog for the neighbours... but there are times it managed to come out and kinda frightened my kid a little bit... blah blah... I have friends they fence up the gate in case the dog got lost... blah... blah... the owner sure to understand the hint and you are not being offensive too, you are "worried" that the dog might get lost one day

never feed other's dog with tibits, if anything happens to the dog you might have to pay for the medical bills...

my dog noticed that the malay people (darker skin) don't like him as they will scream when they see him come closer or when they see him walking with me.... so this naughty dog of mine love to purposely go near them and then see them scream and run away.

he will not bark / lick them but just love to go nearer to them... so naughty!

very intelligent dog....can notice dark skin malay dont like him how about indian? they also dark skin what? hehehe

some chinese who like to swim also got dark skin....well maybe the dogs has sixth sense....but actually sometimes is not that they(the malay) dont like dogs....they scare of the dogs actually...they have the impression that the dogs like to bites and sometimes licks....
