hello olaf, i just joined yesterday and am still browsing through stuff. since your thread is the longest, i was attracted to click and read what it is all about... ha ha! nice "knowing" all of you out here!

really admire you can retire at such young age. feel myself really old when you gals are talking about just 30+. that was more than 10 years ago for me... so now you all can ah gak know my age... but ah hem, i can proudly say, my heart and looks still within the 30 range... hee hee!

ladygaga, yeah sls members seem to be the younger sort eg. in their 20s (at least @ join date). some of the US forums i frequent, 30s 40s actually considered "babies". many of the members are grandma ranks.

if i no recall wrong, there are some oldbie members who should be in 40s now too (or are in saying u r in ur 50s?) but they seldom (never actually) post anymore. i've never been hung up about increasing age, its just a number really. rather looking forward to 40th milestone. only shitty thingy is dat my metalbolism seem to have slowed down or something in last 2 years...no change in lifestyle (ie. quite sedentary), food intake etc but suddenly, i find myself no longer as slim, have to huff n puff into some of my fav clothes!

Olaf does not look a year over 30. She will forever be 30 in my mind.

Then again, I suck at telling other people's age. hahahaha

I am obviously so free now....
