I use the nuskin white skin lotion... i know its a bit of a waste... but i think its worth it as i make sure not only my face gets clearer but my neck and front as well... although its for whitening... it keeps my pimples off...
if u dun wan nuskin... jus use a good toner preferably with no alcohol... and i think toner helps to clear some of the dead skin also leh... so skin will be less dull

free3080....i used to have back acne problem...same as u... I tried many things like snake powder, scrubbing, using nuskin antibacterial wash, put mask.....but i really think i'm the extreme case whereby my pimples are too powerful! haaa.... in the end, no choice....went to the doc though i really dun want to take any roacctane or antibiotics.... But i must say....the result is significant and now is my 3rd month under medication and no more new pimples, left only those dark red scar left from old pimples which hopefully and probably will fade over time.

i took roaccutane to clear my back ance too.

are there any medication other than roaccutane to take? My doc prescribed them to me but i cant seem to swallow them. any smaller pills or something? i juz spit one into the bin coz i cant seem to swallow it even after 5min...

Try crushing the pills into powder and mix with water to swallow.

used to work for my pimples...

i had the oral medication prescibed by the dr from national skin centre. really improves the conditions.
but once i stop they comes back in full blast!
Now i'm using this clinic back spray that my friend brought for me.
slight improvements but quite x & think need to use more than one to really see effect. but no choice this is my only remedy right now.

According to my doc, just need to take the medication for 6 months (including 2 months of accutane), the back pimple problem should completely heal. Must really try....i find it hard to swallow sometimes.....just drink lotsa and lotsa water with it to FLUSH it down...haaa..... Water improves complexion anyway....hee....2 birds, 1 kill...yea~

im a gone-case in swallowing med. So i always pray i dun get sick. I even ask the doc got any liquid form of accutane anot...muahahaha. i think she almost fainted.
i drink lotsa water liao...i tried finishing the whole cup of milo and the pill still inside my mouth!
dun think accutane can crush right?
