to fans of toni & guy, they have a new outlet at raffles place, just outside the exit (opp. AIA building).

personally, i prefer Kimage at Aljunied. Though the location is out of the way, i dun mind the extra distance... the director -- jessie is very good.

lots of experience plus lots of upgrading (she goes to london, paris, etc) to learn new techniques.

she will also recom something suitable for U and not just wat is in fashion.

i think to look yr best is better than look fashionable.

I personally feel that majority is due to the hair stylist. If the hair stylist is good, be it he/she is fm the most high class saloon or the lowest class one.. your hair will be in a 100% perfect shape..

For me, i prefer JEAN YIP @ DOWNTOWN EAST (Pasir Ris NTUC Chalet)... go look for the in-charge there.. ESTHER. She is more genuine in her sales.. (not those die die wan u buy then dunno buy for wat..) .. if she feel that u really need it.. then she will ask you to consider buying.. most importantly.. she not pushy.. her service good.. i have been going there for the past 3-4yrs... she is very fun-loving.. you will enjoy ur experience there...

As for the type of hair services..
1. O3 TREATMENT:- My hair used to be bery dry and frizzy... like hay like that... but after doing the O3 treatment.. you will really see the difference...

2. MAGIC OIL :- For pple who wanna dye their hair,.. try their Magic Oil Dye... Coz it is unlike normal dye.. they combine the dyeing with the O3 treatment machine oso.. hence after the dye.. you wont need to go for an after-dye-treatment.. your hair will feel soft and silky ..(at least this is my own personal experience lar..) .. However.. pple going for Striking Colours(fire red, blue, green, etc...) need not to go for this...

So ... try it out lar...

Oh yah... Someone mentioned that dun go Jean Yip for rebonding... Sometimes really depend on individual's hair and the stylist servicing you.. (not trying to side Jean Yip... juz being objective)..

The stylist maybe did not follow the normal procedures (eg. must wait 30mins then can wash lar..etc..).. or maybe inexperience (although book say must wait 30mins.. but sometimes different hair must give longer time..).. or simply bo chap... cant be bothered..

I did my 1st rebonding in Jean Yip 2yrs (ie. 2002) back... and juz before this chinese new year (ie. 2004) .. then i went to rebond another time.. My rebonding actually LAST 2 YEARS!! ( all my frenz who do rebonding 1 all fainted... kaka..) See..??

I juz wish to comment that for those who oreadi found their ideal hair stylist.. continue to stay put... doesnt matter from whic saloon..whether high class or cheapo one...
