Definitly one of the grossest movies every made, based on a true story, its RA and you'll be left a little disturbed mentally after watching it.
Like.. hearing anything sounding like a chainsaw will make u go into a frenzy, hearing fingernails scratch against the wall will make you disturbed, looking at meat directly after the show will make you wanna throw up etc....
So just watch it... its fun...

it's gross but i wouldnt say its a good movie..ok to watch ..not very scary..only a few scenes that might make u jump from ur seat but overall just gross..might lose ur appetite ..and it's not entirely based on true story it's just based on a murderer named eddie something who has a kind of mental problem (not skin diseases like in the movie) and kill girls and wear their skin as he feels as though he is woman..and he doesnt use chainsaw...i prefer kill bill than this movie..

There's another gross film. House of a 1000 Corpses. Its directed by Rob Zombie and is a complete ripoff of Texas Chainsaw. It's a very stupid movie whose aim is to disgust mainly. A lot of necrophilia scenes and basically a lot of doing things to dead bodies and stuff. Along the same plot of teenagers bumping into a group of crazy country bumpkins who kill them brutally in the end. The mom's an aging pornstar (kind of. shes the aging blonde actress in Legally Blonde), the dad's Dr Satan who was/is a serial killer, there's a son who looks like Lurch and is retarded, another son who's like Wolverine in a bad way and a daughter who is another slutty pornstar who loves anything dead. It's a real sick movie and everything is tinted red. By the way it is NC-16. God, Rob Zombie is the worst director.
