actually I"m kind of lazy that's why have to resort to this
but I'm trying, really,doing leg raises a few times a week...that's considered exercise also hor?

Just found out that Biotherm has also come up with a product called Abdo-Choc, retailing at $58...anyone heard of that one before?
but then again, considering the price, I might still go for the Mcwell, hehe

mi also using fancl Shape Design body lotion, i applied on upper arms, tummy and thighs, but onli works on my thighs maybe cos got walk walk so guess need to incoporate exercise with this cream then can see effects.

mcwell and nectarscell, u can get them at watsons or guardian. but i recommend use mcwell brand cuz it is more heat compare wit nectarscell.not very ex, abt S$40. |

Hi nitey, I went to Watson's and Guardian today, but didn't see Mcwell leh, only have Nectarscell and another Activa product...can you describe to me the packaging and full name please?

me also tried mcwell slimming cream with the heat effect 1, can c the result lor. better than the others type that without heat 1, no effect at all...so, if u wan try buy the heat 1.
