OT : lombang ur thread...
take look at ingredients to die for (itdf) and see if there's anything u wanna try from there.
i plan to get raw ingredients for diy (chose this site cos they carry the hard to find elsewhere propanediol - the supposedly natural alternative to glycols, hope it can solubulize ferulic acid as easily) and my friend wants to get hydrosols and oils.
i know most of u dun like to diy but this site also offers some ready to use concoctions under unscented bases section. not sure if there are any which can only be found under other sections.

like mrh, intl shipping is scary ex so have to go via vpost. and again like mrh, no free US shipping offer dat i know of. US shipping cost wise, looks like starts from usd8ish so this base apportion flat and beyond dat, apportion via weight accordingly.

oh yeah 446, if u wanna cont using diy L&B, prob gd idea to stock kojic acid and arbutin this round (i can share w u). my stock is pretty low for 2 persons, esp for kojic. one reason why i chose not to amp up ur L&B w max %. (the other reason being in case sensitive u may not be able to tolerate higher amt rightaway).
another thing, since i dun have spare, i didnt use airless bottle for ur serum so please use up fast, discard once u notice darkening. like LAA, kojic is notorious for fast oxidation from exposore to air, light (hence the wrapping in foil hehe) etc.
shiokz said she bought her airless pump bottle from daiso. u may wanna stock up a few the next time u r there. i sun bian bought mine online but daiso's S$2 should be cheaper, esp after factoring in shipping.

OT a bit, olaf i bought a trial size version of this miracle protein from this site http://www.silkmineral.com/miracleprotein.html
It's basically silk amino acids/peptide, silk protein, allantoin inside as active ingredient. It says to mix inside shampoo bottle or add to conditioner make hair mask. I tried it and its not bad but the larger tubs are quite exp.
Wish to find alternative sources for the silk proteins, but GoW and ITDF only offers hydrolyzed liquid versions. You know where to get powder version? I guess cos powder difficult for storage thats why its hard to find.
I made CEFerulic serum some months back and it was not bad! Bought from lotioncrafter. Still got leftover ingred should make more batches.
I dissolved the ferulic acid in a shot of vodka. Got the recipe from EDS. Can try!

by the way, i have silk protein powder (bought from whoopee but originally from texasnaturalsupply) if u want some.
yup diy LAA based serum makes the most sense, stabililty wise and $ wise hehe.
i dun trust dat particular eds recipe for being in tsp format rather than weighted %...and if their concern is LAA reacting w metal ions (ie. fenton reaction) to form prooxidant particles, i still cant figure out why they feel its ok to include SKB/hydrosol etc but not ok to include green tea. to play safe, after two batches, i have started to include chelator.
