there's an original jap ramen at maxwell hawker centre. opened by an authentic japanese. His soup base and noodles are very good.

I haven't try the Ajisen ramen before but I tried the one at Seng Kang Food Court and the soup taste so oily.

so far the ramen i try at scotts and lot 1 is good..not oily as i eat...scoots one nt bad..more spicy...

but heard from my fren ramen ten is nicer..raman ten is at far east b1(if im not wrong) and below OG orchard ptthere is one/

yup yup the one at far east next to sushi tei... ramen ten... quite nice~ i like the chashu ramen there... and quite cheap oso as compare to ajisen.

ajisen ramen - a lot of variety.... soup base is good but noodles are so-so.

service - poor

sides - too oily.

only tried once and will never go back... not worth the $$
