Does anyone know how to wear high heels properly? I heard there's a trick to make it less tiring by focusing your weight on a point or something. Thanks!

I dont think it has much to do with how to walk properly in heels as it does buying the propoer heels...
The arch of the heel plays an important part. Also, if it has a platform sole it makes the heel a lot more comfortable!
I love heels from nine west and zara that have platform heel pumps... They r super sexy and i can last the whole day and even night in them...

agree with the sara2605. the most important thing is buying the proper heels which includes the right SIZES. i always try go for half size up for pumps and heels because our feets get swollen ( at least get a little bigger) towards end of the day and it'll make you feel you want to walk in bare feet!
i love shoes from Jimmy Choo. they are the most comfy shoes ever though they are not cheap

Hmm maybe you can use the insole things? That make it more comfortable to wear heels? but generally it's better to wear heels not exceeding 2.5 inches. :))

i thinks its about the contruction of the heels. it has to be made correctly so that the wearer would be most comfortable. i like those from zara too!

It varies from person to person, and the type of shoes you buy. I've been wearing heels everyday at work, and some of my colleagues are amazed how I don't feel any pain, but the shoes really play a part for the comfort. You can also buy the arch tapes to provide better support if you need.

Well, as we know our soles aren't completely flat...so when we were heels, the arch of our soles have no support at all. The arch tapes increase the height of the shoe soles where our archs are at, so that the archs can rest on it. You can get cheap ones from daiso. ^^
