here's the link to the 2 threads which i previously have shared about the exercises and 3rd thread about helpful information not related to exercise.
How to get a flat stomach/slim waist
Only page 2 of above thread (my post reply) got the steps to exercise
how to slim the thigh area
Above thread has lengthy discussions and valuable information through-out all threads, but i only started talking about the exercise from page 2 onwards to page 5.
3 Day lose 5kgs
Above thread contains some helpful information (but nothing about the exercise instructions) about truth of weight lost and the deceptive methods which slimming centers use to trick/mislead clients into paying for their services which will put clients themselves in health dangers.
Happy reading and ask questions if in doubt.

add on to the above post of the 2 types of leg and stomach exercise:
to make sure breasts stays without drop in cup size, do some basic/simple hand/arm exercise like chest expander, stretching of hand and arm muscles, to strengthen (not build up) the underneath muscles on the chest area.
But don't over do the chest, hand and arm exercises as over-doing it will encourage fats to muscles conversion.
Note: while chest expander exercise might help to make ladies look better, it will also increase the gap* of the cleavage*, so while doing that, you might want to do some simple massage to help cope against gravity pull/force.
Gap* >> Refers to the space between two breast
Cleavage* >> Increase in gap* will only make cleavage not so sexy, so preventing increasing gap between two breast is essential

where did you heard this info from?
i didn't know of such thing..but one thing that i do know, while ladies go jogging, make sure to have proper bra support, that can hold it firmly in place, don't be cheap-skate and use everyday used bra.
the support, metal wire (might have lost it's strength already)..so get a new one else while losing fats, breast will sag gradually without proper support.
