Hi Jericho dead sea scrub is quite good, even when you exfoliate and wash it off, skin feels silky silky. very good if you have dry sensitive skin. It's sold at 313 somerset basement.

I use a sponge to exfoliate my skin i just rub soap on it n den it lathers alot the rough tecture of the sponge helps exfoliate my skin rough skin can also be caused to dryness so use a quality cream like vaseline's new cocoa butter deep conditioning. I use Nivea's Intensive Milk for dry skin at night for even better moisturizing. Vaseline's might be a tad sticky at first but it will get absorbed into ur skin very fast. Nivea's is more sticky n oily but it works really well esp when ur skin is parched it will acsorb in ur skin darn fast hop it helps!!!

There's something called body scrub and exfoliants. Basically they get rid of the dead skin cells to make ur legs smoother. Just a tip of reminder, if you have sensitive or dry skin, avoid them cause they will just worsen. Be sure to put on plenty of moisturizer after that. Do them once every 2 weeks. You can get them at TheBodyShop at below $50.
Hope these helped :)

Must u scrub very hard since ure rubbing off dead skin? No?

These tips would apply to rough skin at the upper back too? I tried scrubbing for some time previously but there wasn't much effect..
