i think the prices are fairly reasonable, and the service is quite good. environment nice too.

if u just want massage, there are a few near the Novotel hotel at Siam Sq

I tried Centara spa with my bf sometime last year. Go search the web and make a reservation on-line. I just asked them to design a package for me... very inexpensive. less then SDG300 and was pampered. The place clean and new and quite posh.

The spa is in sofitel hotel. near to chatuchat. There is a shopping center attached to the hotel too.
