Crunches is the one similar to sit ups? That should help tone your abs and reduce tummy fats!

hmm..i think tummy fats lose faster if u do aerobic exercises like running.. and also avoid sugary/processed food, they tend to encourage more fats to be acculmulated near the tummy..hope this helps. I myself have been trying to lose my tummy fats too haha. one step at a time ba:)
I can never fail. Unless I stop trying...

eat reasonable diet foods such as foods full of fiber, eating unprocessed foods :) eat those fruits with high water content as they will help you to boost your metabolism. try to drink as much water as you can, drinking minute amounts each time will help you absorb water that will aid to your digestion. do not drink much as one time, as it won't be absorbed. you will just pee it afterwards. eat small meals rather than one-time-big-time meals. Exercise such as crunches will also help you a lot. and lastly, be positive :) Having a positive attitude in mind will help you get through it. :)) goodluck!

crunches really work by reducing that unwanted flabby tummy although it still takes a lot of dedication because you wont really loose it overnight, if you know what i mean and it will take a while before you see actual difference to it but at least by being able to be dedicated in a certain regimen you are surely on your way to reducing that flab that women hate so much, just be patient about it and stick to you regimen preferable find time everyday to squeeze in that workout.

I have been exercising for 30 mins every weekend morning with empty stomach. Actually, I stay indoor to do some stretching exercises and as long you workout from head to toes, every part of the body will be tone. No problem with my waistline even though having fast food once per week (yeah..., know it's unhealthy). It's the exercise you have to be consistant. Of course, the nutritious intake is important!

bit of clarification needed in tummy fats...

tummy fats happen because it acts as a storage place in our body for additional fats that our body digest and absorb.

those excess (cholesterol) which the body is unable to burn off, after a period of 3 days are gradually deposited along different parts of our body..

from inside outwards..so when it reach the stage of tummy/lover's handle, legs, arms, face (double chin) etc..it goes to show that the body is showing signs of it being unable to cope with excess fats..

fats' area storage process: stomach > body (underneath the skin evenly), storage places, multiple storage places, beside organs, heart/blood vessels

thus in short..go on diet..

specifically losing tummy fat is not a wise decision..

follow jackie chan's way if you like yet can't stop eating..

"eat less in portion, yet take more meals" inclusive of healthy snacks..

can't remember his tag line though..

hope this helps provide a clearer idea of how fats are handled by our body.
