what should ladies eat more of and less of during the time of the month?

dont eat too much "liang" food. food like coconut water or pineapple. also avoid cold drinks and deserts, its believed to make ur cramps even more painful..

ooh yea.."liang" food like watermelon too right?

cold drinks would be uncomfortable to drink then anyway..

yea watermelon also liang..i think honeydew and dragonfruit also..

I will take red bean soup to increase "blood count" (pu xue). ha... cos at times get giddy/fainting spell during 1st, 2 days. Other ways is to take beef/liver to increase blood count. Avoid tea as it is also liang.

red bean soup also helps? i should get that for dessert next time then! good to increase blood count to fight against the "weakish" feeling.. haha
