Hihi. I have never use whitening cream at all. So, i would like to seek for opinion, which brand of whitening cream is effective?

It is important to make sure that the Skin Whitening Cream you are choosing has been manufactured by a good company. A good cream should not contain dangerous ingredients such as hydroquinone, mercury, steroids or other harmful bleaching substances.
