hi i'm interested in yoga too, been meaning to check out yoga classes offered at community centers, but don't have time yet you can check it out, should be much cheaper than those private yoga centers.

Hi,

I tried Bikram Yoga at Pacific Plaza.. Its a hot yoga, I like it very much.

The package is abit ex but can pay by installment if using credit cards. I am quite satiisfied with it.

Have not tired CC before so i am not too sure. But u can go ahead and try the CC and then compare the results.

Hmm I've heard that yoga is a good way to exercise for women especially.. but I'm not doing right now cause it has some religious connotations..
