Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA)
Our daily intake should meet the recommended daily allowance (RDA), and most of the RDAs can be met by observing a balanced diet.

However, if for some reason you are unable to meet the recommended daily intake, you may want to consider taking health supplements. Ask your family doctor for advice and recommendations.
