Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1¾ cups cranberries
  • 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  2. While boiling, add cranberries and apple. Let mixture boil for 5 minutes more. Reduce heat, continue cooking until cranberry skins pop. Remove from heat, let cool before chilling.
