Japanese Teriyaki Sauce
- ¼ cup dark soy sauce
- ¼ cup sake
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
Directions:
- Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, garlic, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in refrigerator.
