Asian Beef Noodle Soup

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 6 ounces frozen egg noodles
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, saute meat and onion, about 5 minutes, or until meat is browned on all sides.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, water, carrots, and egg noodles. Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until noodles are soft. Stir in oil and soy sauce.
