Pan-Roasted Lemon-Salmon Fillets

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sear fillets in a large oven-proof sauté pan over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes per side. Place pan in preheated oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes, or until fillets are cooked through.
