  • cup shell pasta, cooked
  • 3 ounces roasted turkey tenderloin, cubed
  • cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cups Romaine lettuce
  • cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Toss together the pasta, turkey, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes, and drizzle ranch dressing over top. Chill before serving.
