Salmon Fillets with Herb and Cream

  • cup low-fat plain yogurt, unsweetened
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup prepared mustard
  • teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • teaspoon dried oregano
  • teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • pound salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in thyme, oregano, and basil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, and spread with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with dill.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until salmon flakes with a fork.
