In a large bowl, whisk egg white, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper until blended. Mix the pork in with your hands until combined. Shape mixture into 30 (1½-inch) balls.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium heat. Add half the meatballs and saute until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Saute remaining meatballs.
Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and brush with teriyaki sauce. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, brushing once with remaining sauce, until cooked through and glazed.
