Cherry Yogurt Dessert
- 1 pound frozen, unsweetened pitted Bing cherries, thawed
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups low-fat plain yogurt
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, bring cherries, lemon zest, and sugar to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until cherries soften. Let cool slightly.
- Divide yogurt among 4 dessert bowls and top each with cherry mixture.
