Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
- In a food blender, add pumpkin, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and blend until smooth.
- Add ice, and continue to blend until thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
