Crab and Avocado Salad

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 heads butterhead lettuce, separated into leaves
- 2 cups sliced sweet onion
- 2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 2 cups lump crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon chopped toasted skinless hazelnuts
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce and onions. Toss with dressing and divide among 4 plates. Top each with avocado, crabmeat and hazelnuts.
