Berry and Yogurt Parfait
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons low-fat granola
Directions:
- In a parfait glass or wineglass, spoon some strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
