Fat-Free Banana-Mango Parfait
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¾ cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 large banana, thinly sliced
Directions:
- In a food blender, combine mango and sugar, and blend until smooth.
- Divide ricotta among 3 parfait glasses. Top with banana slices and spoon mango sauce over top.
