Papaya and Banana Smoothie
- 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
Directions:
- In a blender, place the papaya, banana, ice and yogurt, and blend until smooth. Add the wheat germ. Pour into glasses and serve.
