Hearty Apricot Granola
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 6 dried apricots, chopped
- 5 tablespoons raisins
- 5 tablespoons almonds
- ¼ cup raw sugar
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- Skim milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, apricots, raisins, almonds, sugar and maple syrup. Transfer to a baking sheet, and bake in preheated oven until lightly toasted, about 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir well, then return to oven and bake another 15 minutes, or until the granola is crisp and light golden. Remove from oven and serve with skim milk.
